How Drops Work
Everything we bake is made fresh to order — that's why we work on a drop/preorder system. This ensures your sourdough arrives at its peak, and nothing goes to waste.
Reserve Your Order
Once a drop/preorder window opens, you'll be able to place your order. Once the window closes, ordering is no longer available.
Submit Payment
After placing your order, send payment using Venmo, Zelle, or the secure credit card link that will be texted to you.
Please note: Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. If payment is not received before the preorder window closes, your order will be canceled and will not be prepared.
Check Your Email
You'll receive an email notifying you that we have received your order. If you don't see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Order Confirmed
Once payment has been received and verified, we'll send a second email confirming your order with specific pick up details.
Pick Up & Enjoy
Pick up your order on the date, time, and location listed for the preorder window.
If you are unable to make your scheduled pickup time, please contact us in advance. Orders not picked up during the scheduled pickup window and without prior arrangements may be forfeited without refund.
